Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds are handled for Circle of Pearls digital products, books, merchandise, mentoring programmes and services.

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks, downloadable guides, templates and worksheets are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless required by law.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Books and merchandise

Physical books and merchandise may be eligible for return or refund if they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

To request support, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order details and photographs where relevant.

Mentoring programmes

Programme places are limited and require preparation, planning and reserved participant space.

Refund terms for mentoring programmes may vary depending on the programme, cohort, start date and access already provided.

Where a refund window applies, it will be clearly stated at the point of registration or payment.

Once a programme has started, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances reviewed at our discretion.

One-to-one services

For one-to-one mentoring, consultancy or creative services, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed before booking.

Missed appointments, late cancellations or failure to attend may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.
